Sycamore Ridge Family Apartments

Sycamore Ridge Apartments is a newly developed 24-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community located in Willows, California. The property was designed to meet the housing needs of families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. Each apartment features energy-efficient appliances, private patios or balconies, and covered parking. The community includes a resident clubhouse with a full kitchen, a children’s playground, and a BBQ/picnic area, all situated near schools, public transportation, and essential retail services.

Financed through a combination of federal LIHTC and HOME funds, the project received approximately $403,000 in annual tax credits to support long-term affordability.
